Dilworth's Nelson Diaz to Speak at Live Presentation of Juris-Docu-Drama,“Trial By Jury: A Case of Deportation”

Dilworth Paxson Partner Nelson Diaz will be a guest speaker at WHYY-TV’s live presentation of its juris-docu-drama, “Trial By Jury: A Case of Deportation,” at University of Pennsylvania on Saturday, December 2 from 3:00 - 5:00 PM.

Immigration policy and the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program stir heated debate in America. Philadelphia native Kyle Bowser focuses on this issue with his popular Trial By Jury franchise. WHYY and the University of Pennsylvania School of Social Policy and Practice will host a screening and live audience discussion on Bowser’s “Trial By Jury: A Case of Deportation” which looks at the conflicting mandates of contemporary immigration policy and the principles of constitutional freedoms.

The screening will be held at Claudia Cohen Hall (Room G17), 249 South 36th Street, Philadelphia, PA. For more information and to register for this free event, click here.

Search Tips

Our Web site's search function employs a variety of techniques to help you make the most of your queries. In this tips section we use square brackets [ ] to signal queries, so [antitrust and litigation] is one query, while [antitrust] and [litigation] are two.

  • Exact phrases: Eliminate unnecessary search results by surrounding your search phrase with quotation marks. Placing ["project finance"] in quotes will return specific results and discard additional results that simply have the words "project" and "finance" peppered on a page.
  • Wildcard symbol: If you're not exactly sure how a piece of information you want is phrased, use the following symbol (*) as a word root expander. A search for [child*] will find not only "child," but also results with words like "children" and "childhood."
