Dilworth's Marc Feller to Speak at the Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Association’s Annual Conference and Trade Show on September 12

Marc Feller, Dilworth Partner and Chair of the Public Finance Group, will be a speaker on “Monetization of Authorities”, from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm on Tuesday, September 12  at the Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Association’s Annual Conference and Trade Show, which will be held at the Hershey Lodge and Convention Center. The event begins on Sunday, September 10 and ends on Wednesday, September 13.

Authorities are increasingly finding themselves in the middle of new and difficult discussions with their creating municipalities. Financial stresses on municipal budgets have communities exploring their options to “monetize” their authority assets. What does this really mean? A panel of financial, utility and legal consultants will explore the scenarios authorities are facing and provide key questions communities need answered if faced with these challenges.

Marc will be joined by Scott Shearer of Public Financial Management, Inc. and Gary Shambaugh of Shambaugh Utility Consulting LLC for this session.

Search Tips

Our Web site's search function employs a variety of techniques to help you make the most of your queries. In this tips section we use square brackets [ ] to signal queries, so [antitrust and litigation] is one query, while [antitrust] and [litigation] are two.

  • Exact phrases: Eliminate unnecessary search results by surrounding your search phrase with quotation marks. Placing ["project finance"] in quotes will return specific results and discard additional results that simply have the words "project" and "finance" peppered on a page.
  • Wildcard symbol: If you're not exactly sure how a piece of information you want is phrased, use the following symbol (*) as a word root expander. A search for [child*] will find not only "child," but also results with words like "children" and "childhood."
