Dilworth Paxson Partner Jennifer Platzkere Snyder’s speaking engagement on April 5 at The Forensic Fruits of a Labor (& Employment) Client CLE at the Philadelphia Bar Association will be presented as a video recording on Tuesday, June 13, from 9:00 to 11:00 am. The presentation examines the forensically defensible procedures for preserving data, employment law evidentiary standards and obligations as related to digital evidence, and real-world cases and examples.
