Overview

Tom Schorr has concentrated his practice in representing a wide range of insurers in complex coverage matters for over 25 years. He has substantial coverage experience in environmental, construction defect, professional liability, public entity, life sciences, employer liability, and general liability claims. While representing insurers in litigated matters at both the trial and appellate level in multiple different states, Tom also regularly counsels insurers regarding duty to defend issues, bad faith claims, excess liability exposure, additional insured questions, and priority of coverage assessments. In addition to his insurance coverage work, Tom also maintains a commercial litigation practice representing business owners in numerous different contexts.
