Spencer Dreier is an Associate in Dilworth Paxson’s Litigation and Emerging Companies groups in the New York office. He focuses his practice on commercial litigation and advising start-ups and growth companies along their trajectory from inception to becoming established players in their sector. Prior to joining Dilworth, Spencer worked in private equity and as a strategy consultant, including on projects for Sixpoint Brewery, JetLev-Flyer and for Major League Baseball players in their arbitration proceedings and free agency negotiations. Spencer also served as a Judicial Clerk (Extern) in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, under the Honorable Chief Magistrate Judge Nannette A. Baker.
Spencer earned his J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and his B.A. from Vanderbilt University.
