Peter Picotte concentrates his practice in resolving state and local tax disputes before administrative appeal boards, tax tribunals, and state trial and appellate courts. His practice includes real estate assessment appeals involving major office buildings and complex improvements to real property, state and local tax planning, rulings, litigation, and legislative activities. He consistently represents clients in major state and local tax controversies and was counsel in the appeal before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court which declared the Pennsylvania Personal Property Tax unconstitutional.
