Patrick Hamlet is an associate in Dilworth’s general litigation practice, focusing on employment issues, white collar defense, and commercial litigation. Patrick has also assists in cases obtaining judgment for defaulted loans and foreclosing on collateral.

Prior to joining Dilworth, Patrick worked in local government as Assistant Township Manager for a Delaware County township.

Patrick earned his B.S. from Villanova University School of Business, and his J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.

  • Represented multiple commercial employers before the EEOC and in federal court in response to charges of employment discrimination.
  • Drafted briefing before the Third Circuit appealing a criminal conviction and assisted in preparations for oral argument regarding the same.
  • Drafted briefing in complex commercial case moving for summary judgment and to disqualify several experts.
  • Drafted Superior Court briefing appealing trial court’s decision to seal entire proceedings.
  • Drafted civil RICO complaint regarding a scheme by controlling member of LLC to siphon funds from the entity.
