John Consevage is a partner in the Firm's litigation group and focuses his practice on vehicle dealer franchise law. He has broad and diverse experience in representing dealers in franchise matters, including terminations and brand discontinuance, ownership sales, transfers and relocations, dealer facility requirements, warranty and sales incentive program audits, and various types of protest, licensure, and enforcement matters before the Pennsylvania Board of Vehicles.
John has focused on automobile and truck dealer issues for over 20 years, and has worked with these clients to address and solve complex issues under the Pennsylvania state dealer franchise laws. The geographic footprint of his practice encompasses dealers throughout the Commonwealth and mid-Atlantic states including Maryland, New Jersey, and Delaware. In association with the Firm's automotive industry group, John has extensive experience representing clients in transactional, corporate, and other business-related matters that are unique to the vehicle dealer industry.
