Dustin Dove focuses his practice on public and private corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation, corporate governance, and other issues facing businesses large and small.

Dustin developed his interest in corporate transaction law while working as a student attorney for the Boston College Law School Community Enterprise Clinic, where he counseled start-ups and nonprofit organizations. He also interned in the Consumer Rights Unit of Greater Boston Legal Services and prior to his time at the firm worked for a national law firm in Philadelphia.

Dustin earned his J.D. from Boston College Law School and B.S. from the Pennsylvania State University.
