Catherine Glenn Pappas concentrates her practice in commercial bankruptcy and corporate reorganization. In this capacity, she represents debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, Chapter 7 trustees, and other parties-in-interest to bankruptcy court proceedings, out-of-court restructurings, and other insolvency-related matters.
Catherine has represented debtors spanning a range of industries in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors in complex Chapter 11 reorganizations. She also has experience in bankruptcy-related litigation, including avoidance actions and other adversary proceedings.
In 2014, the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges selected Catherine to participate in its Next Generation program. Attorneys in the program are chosen based on their professional accomplishments as well as their “potential to distinguish themselves in future years as highly respected members of the bankruptcy bar.”
Prior to joining Dilworth, Catherine served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mary F. Walrath, Bankruptcy Judge for the District of Delaware.
