Patrick Naessens concentrates his practice in trust and estate administration, the taxation of trusts and estates, estate planning and Orphans' Court matters. He is experienced in all aspects of trust and estate administration and distribution; the preparation and review of federal estate and gift tax returns, state estate and inheritance tax returns, federal and state fiduciary income tax returns and federal and state individual final life period income tax returns; the preparation of essential estate planning documents, such as wills, powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney and advance health care directives and a variety of inter-vivos and testamentary trusts for all stages of life, family situations and economic conditions; and contested and uncontested Orphans' Court proceedings including audits of accounts, settlement of minor, survivor and wrongful death actions, guardianships and petitions related to administration and distribution of trusts and estates.
