Michael J. Fekete regularly represents individuals, business owners, and companies, both publicly and privately owned, in many different types of matters arising in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and throughout the country. Mike regularly represents clients in litigation involving breach of contract, breach of warranty, consumer fraud claims, real estate, and restrictive covenants. He also serves as counsel to a national online advertising institution as it tackles various issues throughout the United States.

Regionally, Mike has extensive experience representing commercial property owners, landlords, and court-appointed receivers in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York in all facets of real estate, including lease drafting and negotiation and commercial tenancy litigation. Mike also appears before various New Jersey Township Zoning and Planning Boards in the representation of clients for various land use matters.

Mike regularly represents clients before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Superior Court of New Jersey, Supreme Court of New York, and various Common Pleas Courts in Pennsylvania.

Prior to working at Dilworth, Mike worked at two large firms and he previously served as the Law Clerk to the Honorable Joel B. Rosen, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and as the Law Clerk for the Honorable Raymond F. Drozdowski, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey during the 2001-2002 court term.
