Matthew Faranda-Diedrich has represented companies and individuals in many subject areas, including banking, financial services, insurance coverage, RICO, class actions, bankruptcy, ERISA, biotechnology and construction and land development. Mr. Faranda-Diedrich has also served as counsel for directors and officers of companies, defending against civil and criminal charges.
Mr. Faranda-Diedrich has specific, and extensive, experience representing financial services companies. He has acted as counsel in both defensive litigation and in successfully prosecuting matters involving individual customers, as well as those involving both customers and program partners. Mr. Faranda-Diedrich has litigated to enforce finance agreement and leases on both a customer-by-customer and program-wide basis in state, federal and bankruptcy courts. These representations range from portfolios with individual defaults to those involving systematic failures.
Mr. Faranda-Diedrich has published articles on a variety of topics and he is a member of the firm's Hiring Committee.
