Gino Benedetti represents clients involved with discrimination, retaliation in the workplace and wage claims. Mr. Benedetti advises clients on how to prevent or minimize the risk of litigation, and he conducts internal investigations for possible wrongdoing. He is also an experienced litigator who has taken cases from inception through the trial and appellate courts, as well as through government agencies throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
