Eric Meyer dedicates his practice to litigating and providing counsel to employers on labor and employment issues affecting the workplace, including collective bargaining, discrimination, employee handbook policies, enforcement of restrictive covenants, H1N1 emergency, and trade secret protection. Mr. Meyer also frequently trains both management and their employees on workplace harassment issues. The First Judicial District of Pennsylvania is one of many he has trained. Additionally, Mr. Meyer serves as both a volunteer mediator for the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and an arbitrator in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
