Brett Wiltsey has a diverse and multi-faceted practice throughout the Philadelphia region. He regularly represents regional and national financial institutions in litigation concerning Articles 3, 4 and 4A of the Uniform Commercial Code, Federal Regulation E, consumer fraud, fraudulent endorsements and similar litigation matters, as well as workout, bankruptcy, and the drafting of loan and loan modification documents. His bankruptcy practice also includes several appointments as special bankruptcy counsel to municipalities throughout the region.
In addition, Brett represents middle market and emerging growth companies as their general outside counsel. This representation involves assisting these companies with their formation documents, shareholder and operating agreements, litigation (commercial disputes, consumer fraud, and employment), real estate and land use needs, employment litigation and counseling, non-compete agreements, and merger and acquisitions.
Further, Brett represents municipalities and related governmental entities throughout the State of New Jersey as special counsel focusing on litigation, real estate, redevelopment, and associated issues.
