Barbara Ilsen’s experience is in the areas of corporate governance, corporate and real estate finance, mergers and acquisitions, business planning including shareholder and operating agreements, employment agreements and noncompetition agreements, licensing, real estate acquisitions, leasing, and other business and commercial matters. Her finance practice involves the representation of both lenders and borrowers in lending and loan workouts. She represents and advises buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, lenders, borrowers, entrepreneurs, and investors.
