Alex Braden focuses his practice on securitized commercial mortgage finance and servicing transactions. His extensive experience in the area of commercial and residential real estate also includes structuring and negotiating high-value CMBS loan assumptions, defeasances and a variety of other loan- and property-level matters, and advising individual, corporate, and non-profit clients on property purchase/sale, leasing, and financing transactions.
