Firm Names New Employment Group Chair

Dilworth Paxson is pleased to announce that seasoned employment and trial attorney Gino J. Benedetti, Esq. has recently joined the Firm as its new Chair of the Labor and Employment Group.

For more than 15 years, Mr. Benedetti, a Media, PA resident, has provided consultation and litigation services to a wide variety of entities and individuals throughout the region. He is an active trial lawyer having tried many employment cases to verdict in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

He is a member of the American, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Philadelphia, and Camden County Bar Associations. Additionally, Mr. Benedetti is a member of the Board of Directors of the Justinian Society of Philadelphia and the Philadelphia Police Athletic League.

Mr. Benedetti received his law degree from Widener University School of Law, cum laude, in 1990 and his B.B.A. degree from Temple University in 1984.
