Dilworth Elects its 2007 Partners
Dilworth Paxson LLP is pleased to announce that Jay E. Kagan, Anne Marie P. Kelley and Michael J. Tierney were recently elected as members of the Firm, and that Mark H. Vacha and Matthew I. Whitehorn, Esq. were elected as partners of the Firm

- Mr. Kagan, a resident of Cherry Hill, NJ, is a member of the Firm’s Litigation Department. He focuses his practice on representing private and publicly-traded companies in connection with commercial, real estate, and securities law matters.
- Ms. Kelley, a resident of Haddonfield, NJ, is a member of the Litigation Department and Bankruptcy and Insolvency Group, and is primarily based in the Firm’s Cherry Hill office. She devotes a substantial portion of her practice to representing corporate creditors and financial institutions in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases on a national basis.
- Mr. Tierney, a resident of Strafford, PA, is a member of the Firm’s Corporate Department. He concentrates his practice in a wide variety of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, corporate governance issues, and general corporate representation.
- Mr. Vacha, a resident of Wallingford, PA, is a member of the Firm’s Corporate Department and its Public Finance and Securities Groups. His practice focuses on capital markets involving the representation of state and local governmental issuers, national and regional investment banking firms, and non-profit corporations in tax-exempt public finance transactions.
- Mr. Whitehorn, a resident of Philadelphia, PA, is a member of the Firm’s Employee Benefits Group, the Corporate and Litigation Departments and its Tax, Labor and Employment, and Healthcare practice areas. He works with clients on a broad range of benefits issues.
