Firm Adds New Attorneys To Build Middle Market/Emerging Company Practice

Philadelphia, PA - In recognition of the tremendous growth of the middle market sector and the need to provide a full-service representation catered to the needs of this sector, Dilworth Paxson is pleased to announce the formation of the Firm's newly-created Middle Market/Emerging Company practice group which seasoned corporate lawyer Wayne Streibich, Esq., formerly of Pelino & Lentz, will lead. Mr. Streibich will also serve as Co-Chair of the Firm's Banking and Financial Services Group. Joining Mr. Streibich in his move to the Firm is associate Jonathan K. Moore, Esq.

For nearly 20 years, Mr. Streibich has focused his practice on general corporate and real estate matters with a special emphasis in representing middle market and emerging companies in organizational, operational and transactional matters, including the preparation of shareholder and operating agreements, employment agreements and noncompetition agreements. Mr. Streibich's practice includes the representation of lenders and borrowers in commercial loan transactions. He also counsels financial institutions in issues relating to consumer loan disputes and real estate tax sales.

He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the New Jersey Bar Association. In addition, he is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America, the ABA Committee on International Commercial Transactions, Franchising and Distribution, and the Association for Corporate Growth.

Mr. Streibich is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He received his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law in 1988 and his B.S. degree from Rutgers University in 1984.

Mr. Moore concentrates his practice representing established and emerging businesses in various transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, and representing both borrowers and lenders in middle-market financing transactions and loan workouts. Among his professional activities, Mr. Moore is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar Associations. He was also named a Pennsylvania Rising Star Super Lawyer by Law & Politics in 2005 and 2006.

Mr. Moore is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He received his law degree from Dickinson School of Law in 2002 where he served as editor of the Dickinson Law Review and his B.A. degree from State University of New York at Albany in 1997.
