Dilworth Partner Helps Lead Real Estate Law Update

Philadelphia, PA - Dilworth Paxson real estate and public finance partner, Samuel T. Cooper, III, recently helped organize the second annual Real Estate Law Update held in several Pennsylvania locations including Philadelphia. Serving as one of three course planners, Mr. Cooper helped moderate discussions concerning key topics in real estate law at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute conference center in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. Sponsored by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and approved by the PA Continuing Education Legal Board for 4 hours of CLE credits, the second annual update was designed as a convenient half-day refresher to bring attorneys up to speed with recent real estate law developments in the past year. Mr. Cooper focuses his practice on municipal finance, real estate, land use, municipal, and business law and estates. With over thirty-two years of experience in the practice of real estate law, Mr. Cooper represents clients in real estate development, commercial and residential acquisitions involving conventional mortgage financing, debt and equity financing, industrial development authority financing, and financing involving state and local governmental entities as participating lenders. |
