Dilworth Securities Partner Named As One Of Best Lawyers In America

Dilworth Paxson securities partner, Richard S. Kraut was recently named as one of Washington, D.C.s Best Lawyers as reported by the American Lawyer Medias Best Lawyers in America referral list. Mr. Kraut is based in the Firms Washington, D.C.s office.

The current edition of Best Lawyers is based on more than 2 million independent evaluations by the top attorneys in the country. It also conducts thousands of telephone interviews throughout its balloting process.

Mr. Kraut represents public companies; their officers and directors; broker-dealers; investment advisers, financial institutions; accountants; and other individuals in matters, including SEC and SRO enforcement, private litigation and arbitration and criminal litigation. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Kraut served for twelve years with the SEC. Among positions held, Mr. Kraut served as the SECs Assistant Director, Division of Enforcement from 1973 to 1978.
