New Dilworth Employment Group Chairman Presents At Pennsylvania Law Institute

Dilworth Paxson’s Labor and Employment Group Chairman, Gino J. Benedetti, recently gave a presentation entitled “Using Depositions to Find the Facts that Matter” at the Employment Law Institute sponsored by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute.

Mr. Benedetti and co-presenter, Steven Stern discussed the strategies to consider for depositions in employment cases to ensure that your witness is prepared, to eliminate or reduce factual disputes, identify legitimate comparators, understanding compensatory damage and mitigation issues, handling a difficult adversary, and using depositions at trial.

Mr. Benedetti, a resident of Media, PA, has 17 years of experience handling a myriad of employment issues and complex commercial litigation matters for employers of varying sizes, and high level business executives and professionals. He frequently speaks on discovery and trial tactics issues in employment and commercial civil cases and has published several articles. He has tried many cases to verdict.
