Dilworth Attorneys Recognized as Pennsylvania Rising Stars

Dilworth attorneys, David M. Laigaie and Brett Wiltsey recently received the highest Peer Review Rating possible for their respective years of experience from legal publisher giant Martindale-Hubbell in recognition of their highly regarded legal skills and professional ethics.

The ratings process relies on an attorney peers to assess a lawyer's ethics and legal ability. Mr. Laigaie received an AV Peer Review Rating which is a significant accomplishment and testament that a lawyer's peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence. Mr. Wiltsey received a BV rating which is the highest possible rating for attorneys, such as Mr. Wiltsey, who have less than ten years professional experience.

In his fifteen years of practice, Mr. Laigaie, a Chestnut Hill resident, has obtained substantial experience in white collar defense, internal corporate investigations, health care fraud litigation, and complex civil litigation. He is a frequent lecturer and the author of a variety of articles.

Mr. Wiltsey, a Collingswood, NJ resident, concentrates his practice on creditors rights, bankruptcy, and business litigation. He serves as the Special Bankruptcy/Foreclosure Counsel in the Borough of Elmer, the Borough of Elsinboro, Lumberton Township, Gloucester City, City of Salem and Bellmawr Borough.
