Dilworth Welcomes New Attorneys to Philadelphia Office

Dilworth Paxson is pleased to announce that Kristen L. Repyneck, Esq. and Mark Wachlin, Esq. have recently joined the Firms Philadelphia office. Ms. Repyneck, an Ardmore, PA resident, joins the Firms Litigation Department and focuses her practice primarily on intellectual property matters. She is a member of the Intellectual Property, Entertainment, and Litigation Law Sections of the American Bar Association as well as a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association. Ms. Repyneck received her law degree, cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law in 2007 where she served as Managing Editor of Production on the Villanova Law Review and her B.A. degree from Oklahoma University, summa cum laude, in 2004. She is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania. Mr. Wachlin, a Philadelphia, PA resident, joins the Firms White Collar Group. He was formerly Senior Counsel at the Office of Inspector General for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. In this capacity, Mr. Wachlin represented the Office of Inspector General in cases brought under the federal False Claims Act involving allegations of Medicare and Medicaid fraud and violations of the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute, litigated and negotiated settlements in civil monetary penalty cases, including negotiating corporate integrity agreements, and handled matters relating to the Office of Inspector Generals authority to exclude individuals and entities from participating in federal health care programs. Mr. Wachlin received his law degree from Temple University School of Law, cum laude, in 2002 where he served as a staff member of the Temple Law Review and his B.A. degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1998. He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. |
