Mark H. Vacha Presents at Fundamentals of Economic Development Finance Seminar

PHILADELPHIA, July, 2009Mark H. Vacha, a partner in the Public Finance Group at Dilworth Paxson LLP, recently presented at a seminar hosted by the Council of Development Finance Agencies and the Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors. The seminar, entitled “Fundamentals of Economic Development,” was held in Allentown, PA.

Vacha participated in the lecture “Bedrock Tools – Bonds & the Basics.” Vacha discussed the basics of bond finance including information on various types of bonds, what they are able to finance, how they are issued and assorted legal considerations involved in their employment. Vacha is also a partner in Dilworth’s Corporate Department and Securities Group. He advises issuers, non profit organizations and national and regional investment banking firms in municipal capital markets transactions.
