RICHARD L. FOX NAMED "BEST IN CLIENT SATISFACTION" FOR WEALTH MANAGEMENT BY PHILADELPHIA MAGAZINE

PHILADELPHIA, PA— June 30, 2009 —Richard L. Fox is a partner and chair of the Philanthropic and Nonprofit Group, as well as a member of the Corporate, Tax, Trust and Estates and Healthcare Groups at Dilworth Paxson LLP in Philadelphia. He has been named a top wealth management attorney based on client satisfaction by Philadelphia Magazine. The list will appear in the magazine’s November issue.

Philadelphia Magazine hired an independent market research company to administer a rigorous research process in which they surveyed over 100,000 high net worth consumers and 7,400 finance service professionals. Survey participants were asked to evaluate a selection of “wealth managers,” or individuals who prepare and/or implement clients’ financial planning.

Local financial service industry experts reviewed the final selection of wealth managers, which included attorneys, as well as bankers and investment advisors, among others. The panel chose fewer than 7% to be named "best in client satisfaction." Fox was amongst those chosen for this honor.

Fox is a member of the Dilworth Paxson’s Tax Department and the head of its Philanthropic and Nonprofit Group. Fox speaks frequently throughout the country and writes on issues pertaining to estate planning and philanthropy. He is the author of the treatise Charitable Giving: Taxation, Planning and Strategies, and writes a national bulletin on charitable and nonprofit issues. He serves on the Editorial Board of The Estate Planning Journal and BNA Tax Management. Fox holds a master of law degree in taxation from New York University School of Law and is a graduate of Temple University School of Law.
