Dilworth Paxson Names New Co-Chairs to the Firm’s Litigation and Business Departments

Dilworth Paxson LLP announces the appointment of new Co-Chairs to the firm's Litigation and Business Departments.

Thomas S. Biemer will serve as Co-Chair of the Litigation Department with current Litigation Department Chair Lawrence G. McMichael and J. Bradford McIlvain, Deputy Chair, continuing in their respective position. Wayne Streibich will be Co-Chair of the firm's Business Department joining current Business Department Chair Roger F. Wood.

Wayne Streibich is Chair of the firm's Consumer Financial Services Group and Middle Market/Emerging Company Group. He has focused his practice on representing middle market and emerging growth companies in a broad array of matters including the planning and formation process through the preparation of shareholder and operating agreements, employment agreements, and noncompetition agreements. Wayne Streibich also counsels regional and national financial institutions on regulatory and litigation issues relating to consumer mortgage loans.

Tom Biemer is a member of the firm's Executive Committee. He is also a member of the Healthcare Group, Environmental Group, Consumer Financial Services Group, and Procurement Practice Group. Tom Biemer concentrates his practice on sophisticated litigation matters involving anti-trust, securities, trademark and patent infringement, RICO, ERISA class actions, and bankruptcy issues. He also works on commercial contracts, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in various courts throughout the nation.
