Cherry Hill, NY, April 1, 2009 - Harold G. Cohen, a partner in the Litigation and Corporate Departments at Dilworth Paxson LLP, recently served as a moderator and speaker for "Being a Better Chancery Lawyer: 2009 Update," presented by the General Equity Section of the Burlington County Bar Association (which he chairs).
The seminar featured the presiding General Equity Judges from Burlington, Mercer, and Ocean Counties. They explained the processes and practicalities of chancery practice in each of their courts. More than 75 lawyers and other professionals attended the program.
Cohen is a member of Dilworth's Bankruptcy, Real Estate and Banking and Financial Services Groups.
