DILWORTH PAXSON'S FRANK V. TEDESCO PRESENTS AT NJPO TRAINING PROGRAM

CHERRY HILL, NJ, February 19, 2009 - Frank V. Tedesco, managing partner of Dilworth Paxson LLP's Cherry Hill office, presented at the New Jersey Planning Officials (NJPO) Camden County Training Program on February 14.

Tedesco presented during the NJPO new board member training session and the advanced program for certified NJPO members. His presentation focused on recent court decisions and their impact on board decisions.

NJPO strives to advance public interest in municipal and regional planning and foster the cooperation of planning boards and boards of adjustment throughout New Jersey in furthering the aims of planning.

Tedesco is a partner in Dilworth's Real Estate Group and Banking and Financial Services Group. He has an extensive background in the acquisition and development of residential and commercial real estate. Tedesco has represented national, regional, and local real estate entrepreneurs in the development of residential tracts, both single family and condominiums, apartment complexes, office and industrial parks, and commercial retail centers.
