Dilworth Paxson Attorney Brett Wiltsey Appointed Chair of Lourdesnet

CHERRY HILL, NJ, February 5, 2009 - Brett Wiltsey, associate in the Litigation Department and Bankruptcy Group at Dilworth Paxson LLP, was recently appointed Chair of LourdesNet, a newly created committee of Our Lady of Lourdes Health Foundation.

LourdesNet is targeted to young professionals with an interest in philanthropy and personal advancement. The committee organizes community service and fundraising events for Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital. LourdesNet also provides its members the opportunity to network, while having access to experts and executives in the health care field.

Wiltsey concentrates his practice on creditor's rights, bankruptcy, and business litigation. In addition, he serves as the Special Bankruptcy/Foreclosure Counsel in the Borough of Elmer, the Borough of Elsinboro, Lumberton Township, Gloucester City, City of Salem, and Bellmawr Borough. Wiltsey represents regional and national financial institutions and corporations to assist them with their asset recovery, litigation, and receivable needs.
