Areas of Focus:

Associate, Bankruptcy Group. Mr. Freedman focuses his practice in the representation of debtors and creditors in all aspects of the bankruptcy process. He focuses primarily on advising the Firm's large trade-creditor clients in pursuing their rights and remedies in the bankruptcy process such as lien enforcement, reclamation rights, setoff rights and recoupment rights, and in minimizing their exposure with respect to the claim filing and objection process, preferential and fraudulent transfer avoidance actions and the plan-confirmation process.
