Partner, Public Finance Group.  Mr. Cooper focuses his practice on municipal finance, real estate, land use, municipal government, and business law and estates.  With over thirty-two years of experience in the practice of real estate law, Mr. Cooper represents clients in real estate development, commercial and residential acquisitions involving conventional mortgage financing, debt and equity financing, industrial development authority financing, and financing involving state and local governmental entities as participating lenders. 

Mr. Cooper's public finance practice entails serving as bond counsel, co-bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, project counsel, and special project counsel in various publicly and privately-financed projects, including new construction, renovation, and refinancing.
