She represents real estate developers, financial institutions, title insurance companies, major Mid Atlantic-based corporations, and public and quasi-public agencies in their real estate requirements, including representing landlords and tenants.

As part of her corporate practice, she focuses on corporate governance and procurement issues. She also regularly represents both lenders and borrower in the negotiation of construction and permanent loans secured by real estate.

Ms. Loverdi's practice includes:

REPRESENTATIVE MATTERS

• Legal counsel for local family-owned real estate investment fund in real estate portfolio requirements, including acquisition, financing and leasing of office projects and structuring and documenting joint venture arrangements.
• Advised public and quasi-public agencies in procurement-related matters related to requests for qualifications, requests for proposals and invitations to bid.
• Represented corporate client in initial real estate due diligence and acquisition financing, and subsequent real estate requirements involving disposition, leasing, and architectural and construction contracts.
• Represent local retailer in shopping center leases for all retail locations in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
