Associate, Corporate Investigations/White Collar Group. Mr. Wachlin was formerly Senior Counsel at the Office of Inspector General for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. 

In this capacity, Mr. Wachlin represented the Office of Inspector General in cases brought under the federal False Claims Act involving allegations of Medicare and Medicaid fraud and violations of the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute, litigated and negotiated settlements in civil monetary penalty cases, including negotiating corporate integrity agreements, and handled matters relating to the Office of Inspector General's authority to exclude individuals and entities from participating in federal health care programs.
