Areas of Focus:

Associate, Corporate Investigations and White Collar Group. Ms. Rossman focuses her practice in corporate investigations, white collar defense, and complex civil litigation. Ms. Rossman consistently handles antitrust, pharmaceutical marketing and tax fraud matters.  Additionally, she advises clients on issues related to disciplinary matters involving licensed professionals (doctors) and fraud investigations of same. With respect to her complex civil litigation practice, Ms. Rossman assists with litigation involving sovereign immunity, professional liability, and real estate disputes between a developer and alleged purchaser.
