Partner, Litigation Department . Ms. Vendzules focuses her practice on commercial litigation, with a concentration including complex business disputes, derivative litigation, directors and officers liability, shareholder and partnership issues, advising special litigation committees, health care litigation, governmental liability and immunity, class actions, and real estate and title insurance litigation. She practices in state and federal courts, in all phases of civil litigation, including pre-trial, trial and appellate proceedings.

Ms. Vendzules also serves as Co-Chair of the Firm's Hiring Committee.
