Banking and Financial Services Group. Mr. Jacovini is Chairman of the firm, where he has practiced law since 1965. He is also former Chairman of the firm's Corporate Department.

He has more than 35 years of corporate and securities experience in all aspects of corporate finance and obligations of public companies under the securities laws. He advises public companies on their SEC reporting obligations; engages in strategic planning for public and private financings, tender offers, proxy and other control contests, and mergers and acquisitions; consults on corporate governance issues; counsels companies enmeshed in domestic and international securities litigation; has chaired the audit committee of a public company and advises on financial and accounting issues; advises banks on financings and securitizations; and structures corporate reorganizations.
