Areas of Focus:

Partner, Litigation Department; Labor and Employment Law Group.  Ms. Snyder has over 12 years of experience representing public- and private-sector employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including traditional union-management relations, employment discrimination, non-competition and trade secret disputes, executive employment agreements, wage and hour audits, personnel policies, and employee discipline and discharge matters. 

In addition to counseling clients on minimizing litigation risks and negotiating satisfactory resolutions of disputes, Ms. Snyder has represented clients from the inception of litigation before governmental agencies through the trial and appellate courts.
