Areas of Focus:

Partner, Dilworth's Litigation Department and its Bankruptcy Group. Mr. Hennessey concentrates his practice in the areas of creditors' rights, banking law, bankruptcy, and commercial litigation. He is generally involved in all aspects of the negotiation and resolution of delinquent credits for financial institutions. This includes:

  • legal evaluations
  • strategy formulations and implementation
  • forbearance negotiations
  • loan modification arrangements
  • collection and litigation strategy
  • representation of secured lenders in state, federal and bankruptcy courts.

His creditors' rights practice also includes the representation of commercial landlords in state, federal and bankruptcy court.
