  • Represented against a former employee's charge of discrimination based on gender before the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission.
  • Represented a staffing company against one of its clients' charges/allegations of respondent superior for tortuous actions of its alleged employee in Philadelphia County arbitration.
  • Represented against a former employee's breach of contract charge and obtained a defense verdict in jury trial in the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County
