Member, Corporate Department; Bankruptcy, Real Estate and Banking and Financial Services Groups; Resident Partner (Cherry Hill Office): Mr. Cohen is an active litigator in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts and often counsels clients entering business transactions including loans, mergers and acquisitions, and capital transactions, or seeking advice with respect to day-to-day operations, with an appreciation for how situations unwind when relationships sour.

Additionally: A significant component of his practice involves all aspects of troubled loan negotiations and resolution, including preliminary business and legal evaluations, strategy formulation and implementation, forbearance negotiations, collection and litigation strategy as well as the representation of secured and unsecured lenders in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts.
