Managing Partner of the Firm's Cherry Hill office and Member of its Real Estate Group; Banking and Financial Services Group.  Mr. Tedesco has an extensive background in the acquisition and development of residential and commercial real estate. He has represented national, regional and local real estate entrepreneurs in the development of residential tracts, both single family and condominiums, apartment complexes, office and industrial parks, and commercial retail centers.

Mr. Tedesco has served as bond counsel to the New Jersey Economic Development Authority, counsel to underwriters, trustees and bond purchasers and borrowers in various tax-exempt financing. He also has extensive municipal law experience in having served as the Solicitor for the Borough of Merchantville for 20 years and the Oaklyn Planning Board for 5 years. Additionally, he represents numerous financial institutions in both loan origination and problem loans in connection with real estate and other types of financing.
