Partner, Litigation Department. Mr. Hanzelik represents business entities and individuals in all types of commercial litigation, arbitrations and mediations, on both the plaintiff and defense side, and has a broad background in complex litigation involving contracts, construction claims, suretyship, legal malpractice and defamation.

He has been appointed to mediate cases by the Federal Court in Philadelphia and by the Commerce Court division of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Being sensitive to the burdens that modern litigation can impose on clients, Carl works closely with each client to design and implement an approach to the litigation or alternate dispute resolution mechanism that is designed to achieve the objectives of the client on an efficient and economical basis.
