Ms. Kelley's focuses her practice upon bankruptcy and commercial litigation where she represents debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, financial institutions, indenture trustees, utilities, creditor's committees, and equity holder committees in complex bankruptcy cases and non-bankruptcy work-outs on a state, regional and national level.
Ms. Kelley has an extensive background in bankruptcy litigation, including litigation surrounding, among other things: use of cash collateral; relief from the automatic stay; approval of post-petition financing; determination of the extent, validity, priority and subordination of creditors' claims; valuation of collateral; appointment of a trustee; conversion of a chapter 11 case to a chapter 7 case; challenges to a debtor's exemptions; determination of the right to a discharge; determination of the dischargeability of a debt; sale of assets; preference and fraudulent conveyance challenges; assumption and rejection of executory contracts; adequacy of a disclosure statement; and confirmation of a plan of reorganization. - Rutgers School of Law - Camden, Camden, New Jersey,
