He represents a wide variety of clients including insurance companies, law firms, corporate officers and directors, media outlets and publishers, financial institutions, and construction companies. He assists clients in all aspects of litigation including litigation prevention, negotiation, discovery, settlement, trial, and the appellate process.

Successfully obtained a jury verdict on behalf of an insurance company in a multi-million dollar coverage dispute involving complicated issues of notice obligations under a claims-made policy.
Represented a receiver appointed by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania in his successful attempt to recover approximately $100 million in assets of a defunct hedge fund for the benefit of the fund's former investors.
Represented a major law firm and three of its attorneys in a legal malpractice action resulting in a beneficial settlement.
Successfully obtained a judgment on behalf of a title insurance company in a class-action lawsuit seeking coverage for physical conditions on the insured property and subsequently had the judgment affirmed by the appellate court.
Represents an international environmental remediation and construction company in a contract dispute arising from the imposition of liquidated damages and failure to adequately compensate for work performed.
