Mr. Benedetti has 17 years of experience handling a myriad of employment issues and complex commercial litigation matters for employers of varying sizes, and high level business executives and professionals. In the course of his practice, he advises clients on how to prevent or minimize the risk of litigation and conducts internal investigations for possible wrongdoing. Mr. Benedetti is an active trial lawyer who has defended many clients in litigation from inception through the trial and appellate courts, and government agencies throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Mr. Benedetti frequently speaks on discovery and trial tactics issues in employment and commercial civil cases and has published several articles.
