Member, Labor & Employment Group. As a member of the Labor and Employment Group, Mr. Meyer dedicates his practice to litigating and providing counsel to employers throughout the mid-Atlantic region on labor and employment issues affecting the workplace. As part of the Litigation Department, Mr. Meyer handles matters in state and federal court relating to contractual disputes, RICO matters, antitrust, corporate governance, and trade secrets.

In addition, he was recognized by the Legal Talk Network and Law.com as an expert in the field of electronic discovery. Most recently, Mr. Meyer was called upon to teach seminars on avoiding workplace harassment to employees of the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania.
